INTEGRATION PLAN
Just as you slowly deleted common foods from your diet you now build them back in or some not at all. Gradually progress from all meals being kitchari to having kitchari 1 to 2x per week. As we move into the fullness of the Fall season and the start of the Holiday season you may find that eating kitchari 1-2x per week is super beneficial for over all digestive health. If you’ve deleted coffee from your diet then I suggest you keep it off and notice how your body doesn’t miss it | only your mind.
Adding the heaviest and harder foods to digest LAST like red meat and lots of heavy dairy products. Avoid cold foods and drinks . Most will benefit from eating a local diet for where you live.
Continue to drink warm water and teas throughout the day.
Finish ALL herbal bottles to complete efficacy of herbal compounds.
